MILL TOWN MUSIC FESTIVAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE POSSESSION OF A TICKET/WRISTBAND SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE, BY THE HOLDER, OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DETAILED BELOW AND AN AGREEMENT ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO OBSERVE THEM.
FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL OF ENTRY OR EJECTION FROM THE FESTIVAL, WITH NO REFUND.
TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. TICKETS ARE SUBJECT TO BOTH THE FESTIVAL RULES, STIPULATED BY CUMBRAE PROMOTIONS LIMITED, AND VENUE RULES AS STATED AT https://paisley.is/terms-conditions/.
2. YOU MAY BE ASKED FOR PROOF OF AGE UPON ARRIVAL AT THE FESTIVAL, REGARDLESS OF YOUR TICKET TYPE. ONLY A VALID PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENCE, OR GOVERNMENT APPROVED PROOF OF AGE CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS APPROPRIATE ID.
3. STANDARD TICKETS CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED AND USED BY PERSONS AGE 14 OR OVER. TICKET HOLDERS, WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE ENTRANCE STAFF, APPEAR TO BE UNDER THE AGE OF 14 AND ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL.
4. REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE UP TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT FOR EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. CHANGES TO THE LINE-UP DO NOT CONSTITUTE RIGHT TO REFUND.
5. THE PROMOTER WILL NOT ISSUE DUPLICATE WRISTBANDS FOR LOST OR STOLEN WRISTBANDS, AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WRISTBANDS WHICH ARE LOST OR STOLEN.
6. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VARY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE AND AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. UPDATES WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THE MILL TOWN MUSIC FESTIVAL WEBSITE.
FESTIVAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. WHILST SECURITY IS PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE EVENT, THE PROMOTER TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR VEHICLES LEFT IN THE VENUE, HOWSOEVER CAUSED.
2. TICKET HOLDERS MAY BE SEARCHED BY SECURITY. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, ALCOHOL OR ANY ITEM REASONABLY CONSIDERED FOR USE AS A WEAPON WILL BE CONFISCATED AND THE PERSON FOUND IN POSSESSION MAY BE PASSED TO THE POLICE. FLARES, DRONES,CHINESE LANTERNS, FIREWORKS AND LAUGHING GAS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE VENUE. REFUSAL TO BE SEARCHED WILL RESULT IN THE DENIAL OF ENTRY TO THE VENUE.
3. THE PROMOTER/SECURITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOU ENTRY AND/OR EJECT YOU FROM THE EVENT. IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOU MAY BE REFUSED ADMISSION TO OR REMOVED FROM THE EVENT FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
- FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY OR LICENSING REASONS;
- IF YOU BEHAVE IN A MANNER WHICH HAS OR IS LIKELY TO AFFECT THE ENJOYMENT OF OTHER PERSONS AT THE EVENT;
- IF YOU USE THREATENING, ABUSIVE OR INSULTING WORDS OR MANNERISMS;
- IF, IN THE PROMOTER’S REASONABLE OPINION, YOU ARE ACTING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS;
- IF YOU FAIL, WHEN REQUIRED, TO PRODUCE PROOF OF IDENTITY OR AGE;
- IF YOU REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH THE PROMOTER’S SECURITY SEARCHES;
- IF YOU BREACH THESE TERMS;
- AND/OR IF YOUR TICKET IS VOID
4. MILL TOWN MUSIC FESTIVAL OPERATES A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY TOWARDS UNDERAGE DRINKING. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 AND FOUND IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL, YOUR ITEMS WILL BE CONFISCATED AND YOU MAY BE EJECTED FROM THE FESTIVAL VENUE. OUR BARS OPERATE A CHALLENGE 30 POLICY.
5. NO GLASS BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS ARE PERMITTED.
6. ONLY FOOD OR DRINKS PURCHASED IN THE VENUE MAY BE TAKEN INTO THE FESTIVAL STAGES.
7. NO ANIMALS WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE VENUE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GUIDE DOGS OR OTHER ASSISTANCE DOGS.
8. NO UNAUTHORISED SOUND SYSTEMS ARE PERMITTED ON SITE AND WILL BE REMOVED.
9. TRADING ANYWHERE ON SITE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN WITHOUT SPECIFIC PRIOR PERMISSION.
10. WHILST EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO ENSURE THE FULL, ADVERTISED LINE UP PERFORMS, THE FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE LINE UP AND/OR RUNNING TIMES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE (TICKETS ARE FOR THE EVENT AND NOT A SPECIFIC ARTIST/BAND).
11. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER
12. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OF THE FESTIVAL BY THE FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT, THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FOR REFUND IS LIMITED TO THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET ONLY.
13. TICKET HOLDERS CONSENT TO THE PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING/SOUND RECORDING OF THE EVENT AS MEMBERS OF THE AUDIENCE. IMAGES AND FOOTAGE MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. TO OPT-OUT PLEASE EMAIL [email protected]
14. ALL PATRONS ARE ASKED TO OBSERVE AND COMPLY WITH SAFETY ADVICE, SITE SIGNAGE AND ‘NO SMOKING’ AREAS
15. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAW OF SCOTLAND.
